We don't enroll foreign students at present, while the following information is the past enrollment for reference. We'll update our website if we recruit foreign students in the future.

Download the Declaration and Authorization Form and the Payment Form

Future Admission Method
SOPHAS System - the centralized application service for public health
SOPHAS is a service of the Association of Schools and Programs of Public Health which represents CEPH-accredited schools and programs of public health. While each school and program to which you apply will have some additional or slightly different requirements or essay questions, you complete a single application containing your personal information and submit one set of recommendation letters and one set of transcripts through SOPHAS for all schools.
